In order to measure your height, you need to take off your shoes, socks and hats. Then, lean against the wall with your shins, buttocks, upper back, and head touching the wall. Then place the ruler on your head so that it touches the wall and make a mark. Next, you need to measure the distance from the floor to the mark using a centimeter tape.
The girth of the wrist must be measured at the narrowest point of the forearm - at the base of the hand. The tape should be applied between the protruding bone and the beginning of the hand.
